Cancellation & Refund Policy

What is a refund?
A refund is applicable when a learner is unable to access the purchased course due to technical issues on our website/application, does not receive promised resources, or mistakenly purchases a course instead of another intended SkillChefs course. Refund requests are subject to verification and approval.


How to request a refund?

  •     Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of payment for any individual or bundled course.

  •     To request a refund, contact us through any of the following:

    •          • Call +8809696788072 or 01521719868 (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM).

    •          • Email us at contact@skillchefs.com, stating the email/phone number used for registration and payment.

Refund requests are considered valid only if submitted within 48 hours of purchase with accurate registration details.

Note: Refunds do not apply to e-books or downloadable materials.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as a voucher within 7–14 working days after verification.


When is a refund not applicable?

  •     If the refund request is submitted after 48 hours of purchase.

  •     If you have already received your course certificate within the 48-hour window.

  •     If you complete more than 5% of the course content (e.g., watching videos, attempting quizzes/tests, or downloading materials) before requesting a refund.

  •     If you purchase an e-book or other non-refundable resources.

  •     If you continue accessing course materials after initiating a refund request.


When is a refund applicable?

  • Mistaken purchase (e.g., bought the wrong course). In such cases, you may:

    •         1. Transfer to another course using a voucher.

    •         2. If the new course costs more, you must pay the price difference.

    •         3. If the new course costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

  •     If SkillChefs fails to deliver promised resources or access.

  •     If you mistakenly purchase a live class instead of a recorded class (or vice versa).


What happens after you request a refund?

  •     Your enrolled course will be temporarily locked.

  •     Upon approval, you will be unenrolled, and your progress will be removed.

  •     To re-purchase the course, you must start from the beginning.

  •     Refunds typically take 7–14 working days to reflect in your account.

  •     Once processed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.

SkillChefs reserves the right to modify this policy on a case-by-case basis or update it periodically as needed.
